Enjoy The Sunday Warmth, Cooler Conditions Start Monday

If you planned on getting some holiday shopping done based on this weekend’s weather, Sunday is your best bet.

We started Saturday a lot chillier but temperatures across Green Country have been more moderate. Some areas, including Tulsa, were hovering in the mid-50s Sunday morning.

We’re expecting plenty of sunshine Sunday afternoon with high temperatures ranging from the upper 60s to lower 70s for northeastern Oklahoma.

A cold front is expected to arrive in Oklahoma during the early evening hours. The front will also be joined by storms that we project could fall near Tahlequah and the Oklahoma-Arkansas state line before spreading to areas near Muskogee and Eufaula.

The storms are expected to linger for about an hour before moving out of the state.

The front will bring temperatures near the freezing mark to start your work week Monday.
