Man Arrested For Assault Outside Of Oktoberfest

Tulsa Police say a man is in critical condition on Monday after he was attacked outside of Oktoberfest. That man was nearly killed, according to witnesses.

Police arrested Bryce Eitel after they say he punched the man several times for simply accusing Eitel of cutting in line for the shuttle.

Tulsa Police say a lot of people were waiting for shuttle busses outside Oktoberfest when tensions flared around 1 a.m. Sunday morning.

Officers say a woman confronted the man and he got in her face and the two started yelling at each other.

Police say that's when the woman's boyfriend, Bryce Eitel, punched the man and knocked him to the ground.

Witnesses told police Eitel punched the victim several times before authorities arrived at the scene.

Officers say that since the victim's injuries are so serious, homicide detectives are taking the lead on the investigation.
