Agents Arrest Oklahoma Man Accused Of Shooting, Killing Man At Bar

OSBI Agents arrested an Oklahoma man accused of shooting into a bar and killing a man.

The OSBI said Thomas Phillips III was causing problems at a bar last month in Fort Towson in Choctaw County. They said a fight started when an employee asked Phillips to leave.

Investigators said Phillips got a gun from his car and fired several shots into the bar, killing an innocent man who had nothing to do with the fight.

Prosecutors charged Phillips with several counts, including murder and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.
