Tulsa Police Investigating Shooting; 1 Injury Reported

TULSA, Okla. - Tulsa Police are investigating a shooting at 3100 N Iroquois.

According to police, Orlando Barnes shot his sister's boyfriend in the neck after firing at least 5 times. Police said drove up to a home while victim stood in the doorway and opened fire.

Officers said they arrested Barnes was arrested later.

The victim, Terrence Williams, was taken to a hospital, and police said he survived.

"They knew each other, he drove up in the driveway. We don't know what happened after that or what made him shoot. I don't know what the situation is on that, but my understanding is that he was in the driveway," said TPD Lt Deloren Sanders.

Barnes was spotted driving in a vehicle near 4100 N MLK and stopped. Police said the Barnes and another person in the car were taken into custody for questioning.

An initial report stated that the two men were brothers but this was corrected during the investigation.
