The Oklahoma Employment Security Commission said payments will be released Tuesday for Oklahomans who receive unemployment payouts through debit cards.

The OESC said holiday banking operations caused the delay Monday.

Oklahomans who receive payouts through direct deposit should receive their payments Thursday or Friday, depending on when the recipient's bank completes the transaction.
