Broken Arrow will be hosting its annual lights-on ceremony in the Rose District Thursday night.

The event begins at 6 p.m.

There will be horse and carriage rides, caroling, food trucks and, of course, Christmas lights and Santa.

The ice skating rink at the pavilion will also open during the event.
