Forecast for eastern Oklahoma and southeastern Kansas

It felt less humid out there today after the passage of a cold front early this morning. Highs made it into the low 90s in Tulsa.

Partly cloudy to mostly clear skies are in the forecast tonight with lows in the 60s and 70s.

There is some model guidance suggesting we could see a few showers by early Friday morning as a weakening system moves in from the west. However, the best chance for showers and storms will be Friday night and through the overnight period. Some could be strong to severe with a flooding potential still a big concern.

Showers will still be in the forecast through much of next week with highs in the low to the mid 90s. Overnight lows will be in the low to the mid 70s.

Have a great Friday and an enjoyable weekend!
