34-Year-Old Man Dead, Suspect Arrested After Shooting During Tulsa Home Invasion

Tulsa Police arrested a man charged with a deadly shooting during a home invasion Sunday.

Police said they stopped Christopher Polhamus in a stolen car Monday afternoon near Yale and Admiral. They said he took off running, but they caught him.

Officers said Polhamus was one of three men who broke into 34-year-old Mitchell Roberts' home Sunday while he was sleeping. Roberts was dead when officers arrived at the scene.

Police say three people with pistols forced their way into the home and shot one of the residents.

Officers say several witnesses and neighbors are helping them gather more information.

Police say the shooters left the scene in two separate vehicles.
