A child was struck by a car near Owen Park in Tulsa near Edison and Tisdale. 

Police said the driver saw the children last second, swerved, and clipped one of the two kids. 

Tulsa Police said it happened after two children on bikes ran through a stop sign. 

The child hit was taken to a hospital, police said.
