Indigenous Peoples' Day Celebration Compassionate Tulsa Pop-Up: Tulsa Native American Day at Guthrie Green Now formally recognized annually by the City of Tulsa on the second Monday in October, this inaugural celebration will be held on October 9th at the Guthrie Green in the Tulsa Arts District. 9am-2pm
